Great Eastern Shipping plans fleet expansion

Mumbai: Great Eastern Shipping company has signed a contract with city-based Mazagon Dock Ltd for building two new multi purpose platform supply and support vessels. The vessels, which are expected to join the company's fleet in the second half of FY 2010, are larger and technologically more advanced than any Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) currently operational in Indian waters.
