on April 12, 2012 commissioned its new back-hoe manufacturing plant located at Thiruvallur,
near Chennai. Investment details are not made public. American multinational Caterpillar
is the world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment with $
67 billion revenue worldwide.
